Cancellation Policy
Appointment confirmations will be sent out 3 days ahead of your appointment. To ensure that you will not be subject to a rebooking fee, please be sure that you contact me directly to make any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests no less than 48 hours before your appointment. The rebooking fee will be 30% of what was originally scheduled, and will be non-refundable. This fee will be required to be paid prior to another appointment being approved on my books, and does not apply as credit to your future appointment. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and compliance.
